Partnering with Hashmi Innovations

BY PARTNERING WITH HASHMI INNOVATIONS, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS:

  1. Scope of Services: We deliver a wide range of solutions including software development, web & mobile applications, e-commerce platforms, branding, design, digital marketing, SEO, & content production. The scope of each project will be mutually agreed before work begins.
  2. Payment Policy: An upfront deposit may be required to initiate work. The remaining balance must be cleared before final delivery. Late or incomplete payments may result in project delays or additional charges.
  3. Revisions: Limited revisions are included. Extra revisions or major changes beyond agreed scope will be charged separately.
  4. Ownership: Final rights to deliverables transfer to the client after full payment. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
  5. Client Responsibilities: Timely feedback, content, and approvals are required to avoid project delays.
  6. Confidentiality Commitment: Both parties agree to safeguard sensitive information and business data shared during the course of the project.
  7. Limitations of Liability: We are not responsible for indirect damages, third-party tool/platform failures, or losses outside our control.
  8. Contract Termination & Refunds: Either party may end the agreement with written notice. Any eligible refunds will be evaluated based on the stage of project completion.
